1. Warranty

If the platform requests additional documents later, we may assist for an additional fee.

2. Delivery
Accounts are typically delivered within 48 hours. If the account is in stock, delivery is instant.
If you do not receive your account within the stated timeframe, please contact us.

3. Communication
To maintain efficient communication, we reserve the right to block individuals who spam or flood our communication channels.

4. Payments
For manually created or custom accounts, full upfront payment is required unless a trusted middleman or guarantor is used.
If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be given for changes of mind, unmet expectations, incompatibility, financial losses, or account modifications after delivery.
If an alternative product was provided as a replacement, only a replacement for that product will be offered—no refunds.
